"Race" is more fundamental than "Class" - more "persistent" - "defining" and potentially "problematic."  Issues of "Race" - must therefore be "finally" and "fully "resolved" - before there can be peace among the Peoples of the World - and the "New World:- Ordered."

"Race" as a 'incarnate element' of an 'Individual Consciousness' of the 'Body Suit' - on the '3rd Dimensional Plane' - is "unchosen" - therefore it is a more fundamental element than "Class" - which can change during an incarnation and therefore, in a sense can be said to be "chosen."  It is a product of an individual's 'Fates' - "being prepared for their Destiny" - it is subject to the exercise of 'Freewill' and the Fates...
