'POPULISM' -VERSUS- 'PEOPLISM'

PEOPLISM:

"IN A NUTSHELL"

INTRODUCTION

PEOPLISM & REVOLUTION

"Peoplism" is a revolutionary movement! - a global revolutionary movement.

"Peoplism" - is however, a specific type of revolutionary movement - it is "Revolutionary Pragmatism!"

"Peoplism" - has to be so - because the global crisis, facing Humanity - is so serious - dire - that "incremental" - "evolutionary" - "progressive" - "change" - cannot work.

This has been tried - and the 'power elites' at a "planetary level" - of whatever political persuasion - have attempted to resist - the "revolutionary change!" - that is needed - because what has "happened" - and what is "needed" - to be implemented - is a "Revolution In Consciousness." This "Revolution In Consciousness" - is already present - it is already present in the People of this Planet. If they are not already consciously aware of it - they have almost certainly experienced it - felt it - tasted - touched it - though they may not have seen it.

It is global in extent - therefore it is divergent and pragmatic - with each "Peoples" - within their own sovereignly determined - territorial Nations / States - will have to work out for themselves.

However, the essence of what is needed to those "Peoples" - will be clear.

LEGITIMACY OF THE STATE & GOVERNMENT

Axiomatic to the "legitimacy" of a government - or for that matter, even to The State itself - are "The Four Pillars Of Civilised Society" - which are considered later under a separate heading.

By its application - its "success" or "failure" - can be determined - whether or not the "Social Contract' - between those who Rule and those who are the Governed, has been fulfilled.

This is not just a "political principle" - but one of Cosmic significance." 'The Cosmoi' - is a "hierarchy" and it is "sustained" in part, by observance of the twin principles of - "Order" and "Justice."

THE SOCIAL CONTRACT
With respects to the art and science of government - this finds expression in the concept of a "Social Contract" between the Ruler and its Peoples.

The Social Contract is multi-faceted and since it must be "represented" - by way of correspondence, in all aspects of 'Human Existence' - in this case the Peoples of a Nation - it appears as - "The Social Contract."

How is this expression of the "Social Contract" "principally" - manifested - visibly - in the life of a Nation?

This occurs through the "Provision" by those in Power - both "abstractly" and "concretely" - by the provision of the protection of "The Peoples.'

Considered externally, there is the requirement - by The Ruler - to provide for their safety. There is the provision from harm by "external forces" - this can be regarded as an aspect of the "Social Contract." Therefore, a legitimate Ruler must be able to provide for The Peoples' safety - against "external threat."

Further, within The State - the Ruler has the obligation for the provision of the "Four Pillars."

1. THE RIGHT OF ACCESS TO LAW AND LEGAL ASSISTANCE

This is an expression - in the most practical way possible - that the Law of the Land is an expression of Justice.

2. THE RIGHT OF ACCESS TO SUFFICIENT CLEAN AND WHOLESOME FOOD AND WATER

This is an expression - that the Ruler - has the capacity and the worthiness to serve its People.

3. THE RIGHT TO SHELTER IN THE FORM OF HOUSING AND/OR OTHER FORMS OF ACCOMMODATION

This is an expression that there is "Order" - in The State - for without the provision of shelter for all its People - how can a State be regarded as "ordered" - how can individuals pursue their individual pursuits - an expression of why they are here - without the ability to secure - within their own "Kingdoms" / "Queendoms" - namely their homes - that which they have created - earned - have by way of legitimate right - the home for all - is an expression that all is well in the land.

4. THE RIGHT TO HEALTHCARE AND ACCESS TO THE MEANS TO MAINTAIN A HEALTHY LIFE

A sickly People will be overrun soon anyway? - Therefore, what responsible Ruler - would not provide for the Health of his or her People?

These are the "Four Pillars of a Civilised Society" - without which there is no "civilization" - and there is no right to Rule a People.

PRACTICAL APPLICATION OF THE FOUR PILLARS

In essence what is needed - globally - are the following -

1. A REDISTRIBUTION OF WEALTH

A redistribution of wealth - so that the "disenfranchised" - "dispossessed" - "suffering" - "poor" - "weak" - "infirm" those deprived by the myriad ways - the global capitalist system - can conceive - to dispossess and enslave Humanity - so that they - "The Peoples" - can at last - have rest - see peace - “So the last shall be first, and the first last: for many be called, but few chosen.” (Matthew 20:16, KJV)

2. SUPER ABUNDANT WEALTH

Those who have acquired a super abundance of wealth - should be taxed within the existing systems - whilst transitions to a true - "Peoples power democracy" - takes place.

One aspect of the current system, in addition to its failure to properly redistribute wealth - has been that it has taxed - inordinately - "ordinary people" - with the promise that their elites would take care of them.

However, wherever you go on this Planet - it is obvious that this has failed.

If it were not so, how can those wealthy states of so called Western Civilization - not be able to provide for their own Peoples. In every Nation State of this Western Civilization - there is turmoil - as The Peoples - take to the street.

Unfortunately, not only have the 'power elite' failed in their 'Consciousness' / 'Understanding' - but The Peoples themselves of the various Nation States of The West, have also been misled - and they - through their ill conceived and misconception of their plight - have sought to blame - "The Immigrants" - "Migrants" - "Refugees" - so called "Boat Peoples" - their "brothers and sisters" - of a different colour. Those incompetent elites have sought - those people to blame - when the failing was theirs. The failure to engage in proper public discourse - with their Peoples.

POPULISM

"Populism" - is one such movement in The West - which has succumbed to this Cosmic Lie - for in the hating of your brother and your sister - lies your own doom.

PEOPLISM, RACE, NATIONALISM & THE COSMIC CITIZEN

but...

If you cannot

TRANSCEND

then you lose

It is this which has fuelled the right of "Populism" - which in essence seeks yet again, to "persecute" and "blame" - those who are weaker - this sleight of hand - has been presented to those within "The White Power Matrix."

THE WHITE POWER MATRIX

Those Western States - who have readily embraced "Racism" - in all its aspects - especially as it is expressed in relation to those of another colour - this poisonous expression - often termed "Populism" - is a direct challenge to that awaiting - "Revolutionary Consciousness."

This "Revolutionary Consciousness" - is ready to ascend - there is at present, a sufficient political expression - that can adequately channel and express - the true spirit of this Age and which can provide the necessary - 'societal mechanisms' - to ensure - that equitable political and social systems - are securely in place. This system - is "Peoplism."

'PEOPLISM'

I suggest "Peoplism" - is the answer and it is therefore, a direct contrast - to regular "Populism.'

GLOBAL REVOLUTION OR GLOBAL RACE WAR

The former, "Peoplism" - leads to the true "Global Revolution" - that is required - which People desire and seek.

The latter, "Populism" - leads to "Global Race War."

“For nation shall rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom: and there shall be famines, and pestilences, and earthquakes, in divers places.”

3. PUBLIC SERVICES

Public services for the people that work - that justify taxation by their governments / rulers and leaders.

The vision of "The Four Pillars" - is therefore "axiomatic" - "unquestionable." Political Discourse - at this point in time, circa 2025 - when there is such an abundance of technology, that the labour of men and women should be decreasing year by year - is not happening.

Their ability to retire from work should similarly be decreasing, with respect to their age - this is not happening. In fact, the reverse is taking place - as the political elite of Western Civilization - extol the virtues of working beyond of 60... say 65... 70... 75... because they say - you - The Peoples - live longer! I would add - that is no longer the case. I would add - that under your stewardship - that is no longer the case.

Take your pick - look anywhere in Western Civilization - The Peoples - are on the streets - streets in France for example, they are demonstrating against their governments, rulers and leaders - they are properly expressing - this "new revolutionary consciousness" - which transcends - all political ideologies and systems.

They - the people of France - shall win - they cannot be stopped by any political force.

We will also witness in the USA, similar turmoils and also in the UK - what have you been told - "Watch and pray " (Matthew 26:41, KJV)

'Peoplism' is in contrast to populism - let us 'watch' and 'see' - who shall triumph.
